Modular Chair / Sunbed vi
(with a three-position adjustable reclining backrest)

This design is optimized for cutting from 18mm sheets. Tolerances of 0.2mm to 0.4mm have been added depending on the parts, ensuring a smooth assembly—provided the sheets are within standard tolerances and no thick coatings (e.g., paint or varnish) are applied.

I used plywood for the prototype, but you're welcome to use any material as long as it is 18mm thick.

The .dxf folder contains all 10 parts, arranged to fit within a 1500 × 2000 mm sheet.
